Cancellation more than 14 days before arrival: 100%* refund
Cancellation 7–14 days before arrival: 50%* refund
Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival: No refund
Refund Terms
*Transaction fee: 3% of the original booking amount will be deducted from the refund.
Refund processing time: Refunds will be processed and transferred to your original payment account within 5-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Non-refundable circumstances: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date or for no-shows.
