Cancellation and refund

• Cancellation made for more than 30 days before arrival is 70%* refundable. 

• Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival is not refundable.

Refund Terms

• *Transaction fee: 3% of the original booking amount will be deducted from the refund.

• Refund processing time: Refunds will be processed and transferred to your original payment account within 5-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

• Non-refundable circumstances: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date or for no-shows.
