Cancellation and refund

• Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: 100%* refund 

• Cancellation 14–29 days before arrival: 50%* refund

• Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: No refund

Refund Terms

• *Transaction fee: 3% of the original booking amount will be deducted from the refund.

• Refund processing time: Refunds will be processed and transferred to your original payment account within 5-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

• Non-refundable circumstances: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date or for no-shows.
